Senior hire at PBA

The Manchester office of development and infrastructure consultancy Peter Brett Associates has appointed Carol Clarke as senior associate.

Clarke joined from the strategic land team at Gladman Developments, prior to which she spent 12 years at HOW Planning.

She was past vice-chairman of Women in Property North West.

Her experience includes major business and industrial parks, retail developments, sports facilities, hotels, leisure developments and school expansions.

Clarke has a particularly strong background in residential planning.
