Segro welcomes new tenants to Trafford

Industrial property landlord Segro has signed three new customers to Longwood Park and Europa Triangle in Trafford Park.
Software packaging firm Epro E Commerce signed a three-year lease on 2,802 sq ft in Longwood Park. Cannon Electrical Contractors has taken 1,406 sq ft, also for three years at Longwood Park. Bay-Lynx Manufacturing has taken a 4,329 sq ft unit at Europa Triangle on a three-year lease.
A £3m refurbishment completed in January at Longwood Park. Hazel Lambert, senior leasing surveyor at Segro, said: "We are pleased to welcome these new customers to Trafford Park and particularly to our development at the newly refurbished Longwood Park."
