Scott Wilson Group signs ten-year lease at Brunel House

Scott Wilson Group has agreed a new ten-year lease on the 22,500 sq ft Grade II-listed Brunel House in Princess Street, Manchester, with Property Alliance Group.

Following Property Alliance Group's acquisition of the building in September 2008, Scott Wilson has now agreed to take a new lease on all five floors with its regional office based on Oxford Street also relocating to Brunel House.

Prior to Property Alliance Group acquiring Brunel House, Scott Wilson had served their break option with the former property owner for the three floors occupied.

Canning O'Neill advised Scott Wilson, while both Edwards & Co and King Sturge advised Property Alliance Group.
