Salehs Solicitors recruits two
The Manchester-based firm has hired two lawyers in its commercial and residential property teams, Raazia Ibrahim and John Appleby.
Solicitor Ibrahim joined the commercial property team after two years with Hall Smith Whittingham. She will undertake sales, purchases and leases of commercial properties, secured lending transactions and general commercial and corporate work in conjunction with the company commercial department. Ibrahim has worked in both industry and private practice.
Appleby, also a solicitor, joined the growing residential property department from Chafes and will do sales, purchase, and re-mortgage work for owner occupier and investor clients.
Richard Saleh, managing partner, said: "With the increasing number of residential and commercial property transactions we have new vacancies and wider opportunities for progression and development within the firm. We continue to look for new talent and welcome Raazia and John who add knowledge and expertise to both of our property teams."
Salehs now has 10 lawyers in its residential and commercial property teams with further recruitment and development planned in a variety of roles to meet growth in 2014.
Good to see John back after his summer DJing at DC-10s in Ibiza.
