Royal London signs Dooley Associates
Construction consultancy, Dooley Associates, has agreed a lease with Royal London Asset Management's to occupy an office at the newly refurbished 1 St Ann's Street in Manchester city centre.
Dooley, founded by Brendan Dooley in 2003, signed a five-year lease with a three-year break clause on 1,900 sq ft, the whole of the fourth floor. Dooley is moving from Landmark House in the Northern Quarter.
Brendan Dooley, managing director, said: "Refreshing the brand and moving office is part of our plan to establish Dooley Associates as a national company with its roots in Manchester. Since 2008 as with many companies we have had to consider the effects of the banking crisis and although there are only a few green shoots at present it is important that we are ready for the years ahead for our current and future clients.
"Dooley Associates has ambitious plans for the future to build on its already well established Manchester and Birmingham practices by opening a London office and continuing with its international work."
James Dickinson of Canning O'Neill, letting agent on 1 St Ann's Street, said: "The remaining 2,391 sq ft on the third floor is now in solicitors' hands so we're hoping to announce new neighbours for Dooley's shortly."
