Rogers given broader remit at Muse
Stuart Rogers has been promoted to director of project management in the North West.
Rogers’ step up comes 18 months after he joined Muse from Faithful + Gould. Since April 2022, he has led on various Muse regeneration schemes including St Helens town centre, Prestwich, and Oldham town centre, which are all in their early stages.
In his previous role as project director, Rogers was responsible for the delivery of individual projects. As the director of project management across the region, he will have overall responsibility for the delivery of all of Muse’s North West projects.
“Since joining Muse I have had the privilege to work with a fantastic team and committed partners to deliver impactful regeneration projects,” Rogers said.
“Together we will build on this momentum, and I’m delighted to be stepping up to help deliver an ambitious vision over the coming years.”
The director of project management role was previously held by Phil Marsden, who himself was promoted to managing director of the region recently.
The promotions of both Rogers and Marsden follow Phill Mayall’s appointment as managing director of Muse.
“Since joining the team, Stuart has brought insight, strategic vision, and drive to Muse,” Marsden said.
“He is delivering important regeneration projects for the region and is working in partnership to drive change for communities across the North West. His promotion is well-deserved, and I look forward to supporting Stuart as he continues to deliver.”
