Roger Hannah hires from Capita

Roger Hannah & Co has expanded its property management team by recruiting Paul Partington as director.

At Capita, Partington held a similar role for nine years. He also previously worked at Dunlop Heywood and EP2.

Roger Hannah & Co is a commercial property manager in the North West, and has more than three million sq ft and 1,000 tenants under management. Partington’s role will be to further develop the property management business.

Simon Cook, director of Roger Hannah & Co, said: “Paul is an experienced property manager and ideally suited to leading our property management business forward with his experience at both Capita and EP2. Our property management business is substantial and we are looking to further grow the department under Paul’s leadership.”
