Transport for the North and Place North West are hosting a day-long conference to explore the transport agenda at the heart of the Northern Powerhouse movement.

David Brown, chief executive of Transport for the North, will lead the line-up of high-profile speakers, with full details of the programme and agenda to be announced in the coming weeks.

Northern Transport Summit: Rail, Road, Air + Ports, sponsored by Remarkable Group, will take place on Monday 26 June at The Midland in central Manchester. The summit will feature presentations and in-depth discussions examining key aspects of the transport programmes for the North, as well as extensive networking with senior figures from across transport, development and infrastructure.
