Redsun plans further development after Bromborough sales
Redsun Developments' has sold on completion the final phase of the 130,000 sq ft Riverview Business Park, Wirral.
Two units measuring 28,000 sq ft and 18,000 sq ft have been sold to the Chester-based investor District Estates and food exporter Smylies.
Redsun secured ERDF grant funding towards the £3.5m development.
Craig Booton, managing director of Redsun, said: "The final phase of Riverview Business Park built on the success of Phase one, which was fully occupied within weeks of construction being completed.
"Our recent developments in Bromborough have delivered a product which is clearly in demand and we will be moving our focus towards further developments across Merseyside throughout 2015."
Agents on the scheme are B8 Real Estate and Bolton Birch.
