Reay joins MEPC Birchwood Park

Chris Reay has left Manchester-based independent surveyor Canning O'Neill after five years to join MEPC Birchwood Park working with new commercial director Andrew Cowell.
Reay is due to start at Birchwood Park on Wednesday. Cowell joined MEPC in March from Bruntwood, where he spent 10 years.
Conrad O'Neill said: "He was very highly regarded by us and we are sad to see him go but recognise the opportunity he has at MEPC is a very good one at this stage of his career. He leaves us on very good terms with our best wishes."
A replacement at Canning O'Neill will be announced later in the summer.
