Quorum buys in Worsley

Hunter Property Fund Management has sold a 49,926 sq ft warehouse in Wardley Industrial Estate to Quorum Investments for an undisclosed sum.
Wrightstock House is on a 2.5-acre site and was previously let to AF Blakemore but is now vacant. Rob Taylor, Knight Frank, advised HPFM. He said: "With excellent access to the M6 and M60 motorways, this site offers great potential for the new owners and will be suitable for a variety of uses.
"Quorum has plans to refurbish and re-configure the premises and we have been instructed, alongside Davies Harrison, to market the premises going forward on Quorum's behalf."
Quorum is based in Wilmslow and has assets valued at in excess of £70m.
