Quadriga shakes up leadership team
Founder Mark Pearson is moving from managing director at the historic building restoration consultancy to chairman, with Richard Granton and Lindsay Law replacing him as joint managing directors.
Pearson created Quadriga Contracts in 1992. More than 50 staff currently work at the company, which has worked on prominent projects at the Royal Liver Building, Manchester Royal Exchange, and London Road Fire Station.
As chairman, Pearson will be taking a bigger picture look at the company, focusing on strategy and business development.
Granton was previously the operations director at Quadriga, while Law was a director. Granton and Law will both sit on the company’s board, alongside construction director Simon O’Reilly and human resources director Alison Yates on the day-to-day business of the company.
“This transition represents a natural evolution for Quadriga Contracts,” Pearson said. “I remain deeply committed to the company’s mission and success.
“As chairman, I will focus on shaping our strategic direction, fostering innovation, and providing unwavering support to our management team, led by Richard and Lindsay,” he continued. “I have full confidence in the capabilities of both Simon and Alison, and I will continue to collaborate closely with them.”
Quadriga Contracts is based out of Northwich and has offices in Manchester and Birmingham.
