Pull & Bear to open ‘UK-first’ store at Liverpool One

The fashion brand has taken a larger 10,000 sq ft store at Grosvenor’s Liverpool One, set to be the first outlet of its type in UK and Ireland.

While Pull & Bear already operates at Liverpool One, it is set to relocate to a larger store on upper South John Street to bring a forward a new retail concept, named ’18,1’ and featuring an ‘interactive catwalk’ instead of a window display. This will be the first time the concept has been used in the UK.

Pull & Bear is part of the Inditex group of brands, which operates 970 stores globally. Other brands to sign up at Grosvenor’s Liverpool One in recent months include jewellery brand Rox, which is due to open on Peter’s Lane in the summer.

Cushman & Wakefield and Metis Real Estate acted for Liverpool One on the deal, while Inditex represented itself.
