Pugh & Co auction offers development sites

The next auction by Pugh & Company, on 4 June in the West Stand at Old Trafford football ground, currently contains 136 lots.
The largest by guide price is between £875,000 and £925,000 for the basement and ground floor at Cubitt House on Hope Street in Liverpool. The long leasehold investment produces £70,000 a year income.
There are also several development sites on offer, from a former allotment in Birkenhead to a vacant ex-school in Burnley Road, Todmorden. No guide prices were shown for either.
