A former school on two acres in Rochdale ripe for housing development is among the larger lots on offer at the next auction by Pugh & Co.
The single storey former Innes School building is still standing at the site on Ings Lane and would have to be demolished prior to development. The site benefits from a planning statement by the local authority supporting the principle of residential re-use. Offers in excess of £1.25m are being sought.
Pugh & Co currently has 115 lots in the catalogue for the 15 July sale at Old Trafford football ground.
Other interesting lots include a multi-let office investment in Leigh at £325,000 and a 40,000 sq ft warehouse in Oldham valued at £600,000-plus.
