Promotion for GVA surveyor

Aoife McEvoy has been promoted from senior surveyor to associate in the land and development team at GVA in Manchester.

McEvoy joined GVA in June 2007 and has worked with Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund, Argent, Manchester City Council and the Museum of Science and Industry.

She said: "As a team we work on some fantastic projects in Manchester and across the region so it really gives me the scope and exposure to progress my career in the right direction."

Mark Rawstron, senior regional director at GVA, said: "Aoife is a valued member of the development team and we are very pleased to be in a position to be able to promote her and in doing so, recognise the hard work and dedication that she has shown at GVA over the past four years."
