Promotion at Edwards & Co

The Manchester-based property consultant has promoted Richard Dinsdale from senior surveyor to associate director in the office agency team.

Dinsdale has been at Edwards & Co for almost eight years, joining as a graduate surveyor in June 2006.

Andrew Timms, director of Edwards & Co said: "Richard is an asset to our team and his mature and diligent attitude has paid off in the recent difficult market conditions. During his time at the firm he has driven a number of key deals and has built up a strong client base.
