Pochin’s director buys £10,500 of shares

Publicly listed property group Pochin's said Michael Chadwick, non-executive director, has bought £10,500 worth of shares in the capital of the company.

The 15,000 shares were bought on Thursday 28 October at a price of 70p/share by Chadwick, who was appointed to Pochin's board of directors in September 2005.

Chadwick now has a beneficial interest in 70,000 shares in the company, being 0.33% of the total voting rights of the company, and a non beneficial interest in 5,040,164 shares in the company, being 24.23% of the total voting rights of the company.
