Pochin reports deal at Deva Business Centre

Bed manufacturer Graham Thomas UK has leased a 5,300 sq ft industrial unit at Deva Business Centre in Deeside on a short-term lease.

Landlord Pochin said the final unit out of five at the development is also under offer and once this deal is complete, the estate will be fully occupied.

Deva Business Centre is a joint venture between Pochin and Goodman International.
