Plus Dane recruits director from MMU
Mike Price has joined the Liverpool-based housing association from Manchester Metropolitan University, where he was head of property services.
As part of Plus Dane’s senior leadership team, the new director of repairs will focus on development and delivery of the property trades team improvement plan, and the implementation of the organisation’s new corporate plan.
Price said: “I’m really pleased to be back in the housing sector and in particular to be joining Plus Dane at this time. The ambition and commitment to further develop a first class service to all Plus Dane customers is something that I am excited to be part of, and I look forward to supporting the development and implementation of the organisation’s asset management strategy and further growing capacity and capability within the trades team.”
Claire Griffiths, executive director of property at Plus Dane, said: “Mike will be a welcome addition to Plus Dane’s senior leadership team. His experience in property services and understanding of the housing sector and the needs of Plus Dane customers will be invaluable as the organisation moves forward.”
