PLANNING | Freemasons Row apartment blocks on Liverpool agenda

Local developer Vinco Group’s plans for four residential buildings in the city centre, totalling 656 flats, are expected to be approved at the next Liverpool planning meeting on Tuesday 27 June, as is the construction of an aparthotel on the former Rapid DIY store site.

That development with the retained facade will look great with the new bit towering out the top. Just shows what other interesting options are out there rather than the developer’s favoured technique of boring ‘demolition’
