PLANNING | Agenda tops 1,000 flats in Liverpool city centre

The city council’s planning committee is due to meet on Tuesday 24 October, with recommendations to approve two large-scale schemes by Australian developer Greg Malouf, and two applications from Signature Living for the company’s first forays into co-working offices, and care homes.
