Pinkus releases Preston parkland offices
Robert Pinkus & Co has been retained to lease 48,000 sq ft of offices set in 15.5 acres of parkland in Fulwood, Preston.
Harris Park, owned by a local private investor, is situated on Garstang Road, and is an established office complex of 16 office buildings, some of which have become available to let.
The accommodation ranges from 692 sq ft to 8,242 sq ft, with each property allowing views of the park.
Present occupiers include Heartbeat, Youth Justice Board, Uclan and Total Contract Solutions.
