Pinder Fry & Benjamin office let
The administrators of Pinder Fry & Benjamin have secured the first letting at Rhino Court in Hazel Grove, Stockport.
Technology firm Stealth Intelligence has taken 4,000 sq ft on a five year lease for an undisclosed sum.
Rhino Court, originally developed by Commercial Development Projects, comprises nine new stand alone, self contained office buildings ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 10,500 sq ft, which are available on either a freehold or leasehold basis. Quoting rental levels at the Rhino Court are at £15/sq ft.
Jonathan Baucher, of Cushman & Wakefield, who acted on behalf of Richard Stanley and Jemma McAndrew from Jones Lang LaSalle, the administrators of the former owners of the business park, Pinder Fry & Benjamin, said: "Rhino Court is a high quality office scheme in a great location and we are pleased to have secured its first tenant. We are confident that we will see further activity over the coming weeks as we have strong interest from a number of other prospective occupiers and expect to announce more deals shortly."
Pinder Fry & Benjamin's regional offices fund was placed into administration in 2009 after breaching loan convenants with National Australia Bank.
