Peel asks for more loving
Peel Group has embarked on an advertising and marketing campaign to collectively promote its portfolio of visitor destinations.
Design agency Drumbeat Creative won a four-way pitch to create the brand name, website and all marketing collateral for the campaign.
Marketed under the brand name Love More, Peel said the "initiative presents a diverse range of offers and events", taking in MediaCityUK, Trafford Golf Centre, Salford City Stadium, EventCity and Peel Leisure's hotel portfolio. Also included is The Trafford Centre – developed by the Peel Group and now owned by Capital Shopping Centres.
All venues are located within Salford and Trafford and Peel believes they can combined into a family day out.
Neil Lees, deputy chairman of Peel, said: "We have a fantastic range of leisure attractions all within close proximity, so we thought it was appropriate we marketed them under one brand name and give something back to our loyal customers. We are confident that Love More and the offers available will bring new visitors to have many hours of fun at our wonderful venues and keep them coming back!"
Customers can sign up for promotional offers across the portfolio.

Perhaps Peel should include the incinerator they are trying to develop next to schools and houses – you know – the ones that let our all the dioxins when the furnace doors are open. Perhaps John Whittaker might like to live next door to it if it is so harmless!!

Great concept, but the veneer of love is transparent coming from someone with such commercial intent.
