Patrick Properties completes Winsford deal

Landlord Patrick Properties has signed Seafield Logistics to a ten-year lease on 42,000 sq ft at its speculative industrial scheme, Premier Park in Winsford, Cheshire.

Seafield is relocating from its existing premises in Northwich and is paying £225,000 a year.

Premier Park totals 400,000 sq ft and is already home to Advanced Medical Solutions, Edmundson Electrical and Venture UK among others. There are two units remaining; one of 28,000 sq ft and another of 11,000 sq ft.

Andrew Dickman, managing director of Patrick Properties, said: "At a time when few are developers are speculatively building, we have proven that that by providing good quality accommodation in the right location you can still attract tenants. We are delighted by the success of Premier Park and have significant interest in the remaining units."

CB Richard Ellis and Lamonts are the joint letting agents for Premier Park.
