Parkin S Booth moves into Yorkshire House

Parkin S Booth & Co has taken 4,000 sq ft across two floors at Yorkshire House in Chapel Street, Liverpool city centre.

The insolvency practice has agreed a ten-year lease with Faircroft Properties, in partnership with Arrowcroft and Ethel Austin Properties.

The 90-year-old company has relocated from its offices in Old Hall Street nearby in the city centre.

Jonathan Booth, partner at Parkin S Booth & Co, said: "Much of our corporate insolvency work comes from the city's professional advisors and Yorkshire House keeps us right in the heart of the commercial district where we need to be."

The deal means Yorkshire House is now 70% let, which follows an extensive refurbishment programme involving the combining of the building's original 1920's stone façade with a fully renovated and modernised interior.

CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of Parkin S Booth, while Mason Owen acted on behalf of Faircroft Properties.
