Parcel delivery firm in at Merchants Place

Mason Partners and CBRE’s office agency team have let Suites 1 and 3 at Merchants Place in Liverpool to DX Network Services, on behalf of landlord North West Industrial Estates.

The 5,377 sq ft letting has been agreed on a five-year lease and is the largest deal so far at Merchants Place following the complete refurbishment of the accommodation two years ago.

The space offers 27,000 sq ft of offices and the latest letting, along with current interest, will see occupancy at above 50%.

Merchants Place is situated within Century Building at Brunswick Business Park.
