Orrell Park Hotel tops Whitegates auction
Whitegates is holding its next auction at Radisson Blu on Old Hall Street in Liverpool city centre.
There are currently 17 lots on offer, featuring a mix of residential and commercial buildings located in Merseyside and Cheshire.
A stand out lot is the 7,599 sq ft Orrell Park Hotel, located at 109 Orrell Lane in Liverpool, which has a guide price of £380,000.
The hotel is close to Aintree Racecourse and Liverpool FC's Anfield and Everton FC's Goodison football grounds.
Current owner Maria Molyneux said she is selling the hotel for family reasons.
Debbie Taylor, from Whitegates Auctions, added: "This is a fantastic investment opportunity. It's what we call a 'goldmine lot' because you know there will be real interest from the floor. It is already a successful business with a strong customer base. The auction is offering the opportunity for someone to move quickly to grab it."
The Whitegates auction is being held on Wednesday 10 November.
