Onward renews Place partnership
For the second year in a row, Onward Homes has chosen to undertake a 12-month marketing and business development campaign with Place North West.
The housing association owns and manages more than 35,000 homes across the North West. Current projects include a push to build 161 homes in Hattersley and a partnership with Watson Homes to deliver 127 homes in Clayton-le-Moors.
Sandy Livingstone, executive director of property at Onward Homes, said: “We are excited to be teaming up with Place North West again in 2023/24, following another productive year of partnership working.

Place commercial director Dino Moutsopoulos said the company was pleased to work with Onward again.
“After a successful 2022 partnership, we look forward to another year or helping grow their profile and connecting them to the wider North West built environment,” Moutsopoulos said.
