NOMA’s Jackson to join Argent
Ruairidh Jackson has resigned from the Co-operative Group development where he was strategy director of the NOMA development to join Argent as senior projects director in Manchester.
Jackson joined the Co-op in 2005 from GL Hearn in Scotland. At Argent he will work on One St Peter's Square, the 273,000 sq ft city centre office scheme, and Airport City, where Argent is the development partner.
David Partridge, managing partner of Argent, said: "We are very pleased that Ruairidh is joining our team and believe that his skills and experience will mean that he will prove to be a valuable asset in the ongoing development of these key projects."
Jackson added: "Argent is the market leader in place-making and urban regeneration and I am excited to be joining a dynamic team and to help build on the successes they have already achieved over the years. One St Peter's Square and Airport City are two of the most significant projects in the region and it will be a privilege to be able to be a part of their development."
David Pringle, director of NOMA, said: "Ruairidh has been a key member of the NOMA team and has helped with its many successes over the last four years. We will work together until Ruairidh's departure, but wish him well with his career advancement with Argent, and are delighted that he has decided to continue working to develop the Manchester property market."
