Nolan Redshaw to market Wigan site

Spencer Industrial has appointed Nolan Redshaw to market Pivotal Point, its 125,000sq ft industrial unit in Ince-In-Makerfield, Wigan.

Nolan is acting as joint letting agents on the scheme with Littler & Associates.

Pivotal Point, set in 5.53 acres, offers five-dock level and 13 drive-in loading doors, together with a large secure yard.

It is located in the industrial area of Makerfield way, just one and a half miles east of Wigan town centre.
