Trevor Dawson opens Bolton office

The commercial chartered surveyors has opened a new office in Bolton town centre.

Trevor Dawson's Bolton office, located at 120 Bark Street, is headed up by Michael Cavannagh, with support from three other partners including Peter Conroy, Caroline James and Jason Rawson.

Established in Blackburn in 1989 by Trevor Dawson, who is now a consultant partner, the practice expanded in the mid 1990s by opening a second office in Burnley offering commercial advice along the M65 motorway corridor.

Over the last twenty years the firm has acted in projects with developers and public bodies from site identification through to completion, letting or sale.

After acting for clients in the Bolton area for many years, the company felt it was needed to expand into the area on a permanent basis.

Clients include banks and financial institutions to national companies, local authorities, individual, regional and national developers. Developer clients include Eric Wright Construction, Henry Boot Developments, Barnfield Construction, Peel Holdings, and St Modwen.

Cavannagh said: "This expansion has fulfilled a long term ambition of the Partners to establish a base in Bolton which is very active commercially and complements our offices in Blackburn and Burnley. With improving market conditions we feel that we can bring our extensive regional knowledge and experience to a wider audience."
