Savills appointed on Gorse Stacks

Watkin Jones Group and Primary Health Properties has appointed Savills as the managing agent at their Gorse Stacks scheme in Chester.

Currently under construction, the 130,000 sq ft mixed-use development on Delamere Street is creating a multi-occupied doctors surgery and pharmacy, approximately 40,000 sq ft of office space and 42 residential apartments.

The scheme is set for completion in November 2014.

Lee Pickles, director of property management at Savills, said: "We have been involved with Gorse Stacks for a number of years, initially providing service charge and property management advice during the construction phase. The development of the public realm and common areas is now our focus and we are looking forward to seeing the scheme reach fruition."
