Promotion at GVA Liverpool

GVA has promoted Andrew Watson from associate to director in the valuation team in the Liverpool office.
Watson heads up the valuation team and has worked for GVA since June 2000, initially in its Manchester office, before moving to Liverpool in 2008.
He said: “As always there are opportunities to be found even in difficult times There is currently a real shortage of prime investment property to meet strong institutional demand and this has forced prices up in contrast to other parts of the market.”
Watson and his team advise Halton Council on the Mersey Gateway second river crossing and the Homes & Communities Agency on the Arena & Convention Centre Liverpool.
