Pattern House reaches highest point

Urban Splash has announced Pattern House within its Longlands development in Stalybridge has reached its highest point.

Pattern House in StalybridgeThe developer said the building, offering new one and two bedroom apartments, will be ready for occupation in the middle of next year.

Urban Splash is working with architect Space Craft to deliver Pattern House which is the second building within its Longlands development in the Tameside area.

In July 2008, Urban Splash finished its £10m renovation of Longlands Mill, alongside the Huddersfield canal and River Tame.

When fully completed, Splash said Longlands will provide 103 new homes.

If it’s anything like the rest of the mill, it will start falling apart and you can hear everyone else in the building!

Stay well away, if its anything like the Mill it will be over priced low quality finish, pleasing to the eye at first glance but cheap and ill fitted when you look a second time, the fact they have left this development as an empty shell for the last 2 years does not give much faith either… On a side note if the pattern house has the same sound proofing as the Mill then good luck trying to sleep!
