Pair of deals takes King Edward to fully let

Two new tenants have taken space at Peel Group's King Edward Industrial Estate in Liverpool, next to Princes Dock.

Hire & Safety UK and the Vacant Property Specialists have both taken space at the 88,000 sq ft estate.

Hire & Safety UK relocated from Knowlsey to take 3,349 sq ft at unit 11 on a three-year lease and VPS subsidiary Safe Estates Services signed a five-year deal on 4,135 sq ft at unit five.

King Edward Industrial Estate is located within a quarter of one mile of Liverpool city centre and close proximity of the Kingsway/Queensway Tunnels. The industrial estate is well-established and already home to occupiers including Mersey Fire & Rescue, A Plant Hire and Printfine.

Ian Pollitt, senior development surveyor at Peel, said: "To have fully let the estate in the current economic climate is great news."
