Orthodontists take two floors at Grosvenor offices
Grosvenor has signed up Liverpool Orthodontic Centre as its first tenant at the Russell Building offices in the heart of Liverpool One.
The private and NHS centre has taken the fifth and sixth floors, measuring 6,356 sq ft in total, on a ten-year lease.
Russell Building was built in the 1860s on the corner of School Lane and Peter's Lane and was refurbished by Grosvenor into 17,424 sq ft of office accommodation over six floors.
Hemant Patel, proprietor of Liverpool Orthodontic Centre, said: "When we looked to expand, we sought a modern working environment, in a central location, which would complement our well-established practice on Rodney Street and further serve the people of Merseyside. Russell Building offers clean, light and contemporary accommodation, which makes it ideal for our profession. We will be offering the very latest advanced techniques available, some of which won't even be found anywhere else in the North West."
John Brown, surveyor, Knight Frank, letting agent on the scheme, added: "The benefits of operating from a scheme such as Liverpool One, cannot be underestimated. The central location within the prime retail district, a well-established transport infrastructure and excellent accommodation are factors which attracted the centre to the scheme and with this letting now secured, we have strong interest for the remaining 11,000 sq ft".
Knight Frank and Keppie Massie are joint office agents for the scheme. Liverpool Orthodontic Centre was unrepresented.
