One Park West commercial space full

Grosvenor has let the last remaining unit within the 32,800 sq ft of offices, retail and leisure in its mainly residential block, One Park West, the tallest building in Liverpool One.

A local convenience store group trading as Newsbite has taken the remaining 368 sq ft unit and will open in May. Other commercial occupiers in the 17-storey, 326-apartment building include The Gym, a private medical centre operated by Capita Symonds and offices for local commercial radio station Juice FM and Think Publicity, a PR and marketing firm.

Guy Butler, projects director of Grosvenor, said: "We are delighted to welcome Newsbite, Juice FM and Capita Symonds to One Park West. Our fully let commercial portfolio shows just how much of a desirable and thriving location One Park West is, not only for residential, but also for business occupiers."

Dewi Paddock, property associate at law firm Brabners Chaffe Street, advised Grosvenor. Paddock said: "We are very pleased to have worked closely with the team at Grosvenor and assisted them on securing the final commercial occupier at One Park West. Grosvenor has attracted a wide range of businesses to the commercial space at the One Park West scheme. The key to their success has been the drive for quality and this has been supported by the prime location of One Park West in the heart of the city."
