Nexus makes Manchester hire

Heather Lindley-Clapp has joined Nexus Planning as associate director.

Lindley-Clapp has over 12 years of consultancy experience with a particular expertise in retail, mixed-use and town centre developments for both public and private sector. She has also progressed residential proposals for clients including LPC Living and Morbaine.

She joined from WYG, where she was most recently working on a number of retail evidence base documents and appraisals. She has also previously worked for Savills.

Richard Shepherd, director in Nexus Planning’s Manchester team, said: “Having worked with Heather previously, I am delighted that she is joining the Nexus team in Manchester. Her experience will be invaluable in providing top quality planning advice to our clients and in particular adding to our growing reputation in the retail and town centre sectors.”

The Nexus Manchester office is based at Eastgate in Castlefield.
