New recruit for Space Northwest

Warner Estate Holdings has appointed Rob Lawton from Thomson & Moulton as management surveyor on its regional commercial portfolio.

At Thomson & Moulton, part of Sutton Kersh, Lawton was chartered surveyor in the residential block management team. Prior to that, he was at 2020 Liverpool, the joint venture between Mouchel and Liverpool City Council, where he worked in valuations and property management for six years.

At Warner Estate he is responsible for the management of the Space Northwest commercial portfolio, jointly owned by Warner's Ashtenne Industrial Fund and the Homes & Communities Agency.

Wayne Locke, regional director of Warner Estate Holdings, said: "We are very pleased to be in a position to appoint Rob as management surveyor. He has a great deal of experience and is a valuable addition to the ever-growing commercial team based in Liverpool."

Lawton added: "Joining Warner Estate has given me an opportunity to gain experience in a different area of surveying, working on an exciting portfolio of both industrial and office developments including Liverpool Innovation Park on Edge Lane and Mercury Court in Liverpool city centre. Although the change in role is challenging it is also very exciting for me to progress my career with Warner Estate."
