Nairn lets 11,000 sq ft Trafford office to metals firm

Murray Metals has relocated its North West office from Walkden to Nairn Developments' Brightgate House at Cobra Court in Trafford Park.

The firm has taken 11,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease at the 22,800 sq ft building.

The 174,000 sq ft park next to junction 9 of the M60 and opposite the Trafford Centre is home to Wimpey, FES and Beamfeature.

DTZ advised Murray Metals. King Sturge is sole letting agent for Nairn.

When complete, the 38,200 sq ft extension to the University Collegiate School will increase the education facility’s student capacity by a third.

Irwell Valley Homes is behind the scheme drawn up by architect AEW, earmarked for a four-acre brownfield site to the east of Thirsk Avenue.
