Motor trade supplier takes 17,700 sq ft at Concord

Motor trade business manager, ASE, has signed a 10-year lease at Concord Business Park in South Manchester.

The firm has consolidated from three offices in Stockport and relocated to Rowan Court at Concord. ASE has an option to purchase the long leasehold interest in the first two-and-a-half years at a pre-agreed price.

Concord Business Park has recently undergone a refurbishment and the unnamed owner has obtained planning consent to build a café in the centre of the business park.

Savills and Edwards & Co are joint agents on Concord Business Park, where further space is available from 5,000 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft. Quoting rents are £15/sq ft.
