MMU picks Bath architects for Chatham tower refurb

Feilden Clegg Bradley has been selected by Manchester Metropolitan University to design the refurbishment of the Chatham tower and podium building off Oxford Road.

The scheme will include demolition of an undercroft and replacement with new build on the All Saints campus.

MMU is currently planning a separate new £120m campus at Birley Fields in Hulme designed by John McAslan & Partners. Planning consent was granted in July.
