Liverpool ONE welcomes jewellery start-up

Russell & Case, a new jewellery retailer, has taken 1,400 sq ft on the ground floor of the Bling Building on the corner of Hanover Street and School Lane in Liverpool ONE.

In a separate agreement, a further 2,500 sq ft has been leased on the third floor by Herbert's Hairdressing Salon & School, which already occupies the ground, first, second and fifth floors.

The agreements mean there is now only 2,200 sq ft of office space on the fourth floor remaining to let in the building.

Guy Butler, projects director of developer Grosvenor, said: "These lettings are testament to the quality of the building and its prime location. We've refurbished the communal areas to make them more appealing to potential occupants and are confident that we will attract some tenants to the remaining space."

Located on 69 Hanover Street, the Bling Building opened in 2006, enabling Herbert's to relocate from Paradise Street to make way for demolition and construction of Liverpool ONE, which opened in 2008.

Lettings on the site are managed by Paul Thorne of Mason Owen.
