Liverpool ONE welcomes 7Liverpool

Grosvenor Europe has announced the arrival of independent fashion retailer 7Liverpool to a 1,200 sq ft unit in Paradise Street.

The 7Liverpool brand is named after the seven key streets that linked directly to Liverpool’s port 800 years’ ago. It specialises in high-end footwear from brands including Adidas Originals, Kenzo, Android Homme and Mason Garments.

Miles Dunnett, director at Grosvenor Europe, said: “7Liverpool is another great addition to Liverpool ONE. The concept brings something very different to our line-up, reinforcing our fashion credentials and complementing the other recent and forthcoming arrivals, such as Jack Wolfskin and Guess.”

Along with outdoor clothing store Jack Wolfskin, other recent arrivals in Paradise Street include Lindt, Smiggle and Foot Asylum. Rolex and Urban Decay are currently fitting out stores in time for Christmas, while Guess will open early in 2017.

7Liverpool’s buying director Jack Spellacy said: “7Liverpool sets a new precedent in terms of product offering, space aesthetic and shopping experience. Bland presentation and delivery has gone on for far too long.”

I’ve a feeling they’re lining up Lord Street or Church Street for that, they’ve been quietly growing there.

That would be wonderful! Given that John Lewis are resting on their laurels as they have no competition any more!
