Lighting retailer takes Eclipse136

LSE Retail Group has agreed a lease at the 136,000 sq ft warehouse in Irlam with developer Marshall CDP.

Construction on the Eclipse136 building, which sits between the A57 Cadishead Way and the Manchester Ship Canal, is on site, with the unit due to be completed in February 2021.

When complete, it will serve as LSE’s head office and UK distribution hub.

The LSE Group was established in 2009 in Manchester. Brands within the group include Iconic Lights and Value Lights, making it one of the largest online retailers of lights in the UK. The business is currently based at the Lyntown Trading Estate in Eccles.

Marshall CDP was represented by Davies Harrison and B8RE, with the occupier represented by JLL.
