Legat Owen adds Lamont to land team

Legat Owen, the Chester-based independent surveyor, has announced the appointment of Ben Lamont to the land and development department.

He will work alongside directors Stephen Wade and Peter Johnston dealing with both residential and commercial land and development opportunities.

Lamont is a graduate of Newcastle University and prior to joining Legat Owen spent a year at Cheshire Lamont based in Tarporley. He is the son of Cheshire Lamont director and co-owner Neil Lamont.

Peter Johnston said: "We are seeing strong growth in demand for land and development opportunities in both the commercial and residential sectors. Ben has a track record in the residential market and we are delighted to welcome him to the team at Legat Owen."
