Laser treatment company to open in Bold Street

Laser treatment company sk:n Clinics is moving to a larger premises in Liverpool city centre in September.

The company currently has a clinic based at 37 Rodney Street in the city centre but has sub-leased a 2,360 sq ft retail unit from the HMV Group at 12 Bold Street, next door to the Waterstone's book store opposite Central Station.

Andy Randall, managing director at sk:n Clinics, said: "We are very excited to be opening this brand new state-of-the-art clinic in the heart of Liverpool's city centre. Bold Street is a prime location to bring sk:n's knowledge and expertise closer to our clients. As health and beauty treatments become more main-stream and demand increases, we have found the need to relocate to larger premises. The new clinic will offer a wider range of specialist dermatological treatments, along with cosmetic and aesthetic procedures."

sk:n Clinics, which offers treatments such as laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, Botox and cosmetic treatments, has 36 clinics nationwide including one in Manchester.

Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed. Tushingham Moore was the letting agent.
