Langtree completes £8m Trafford business incubator

Construction work has finished on a managed office building in Trafford Park for Economic Solutions Limited.

Developer Langtree and contractor Morgan Ashurst were appointed to deliver the 38,000 sq ft building, called Warren Bruce Court, after ESL won grant funding from the European Regional Development Fund and the North West Development Agency.

ESL trades as Manchester Solutions and is a not for profit group of companies delivering services to employers, individuals, the public sector, schools and colleges in Greater Manchester.

This latest centre, on Warren Bruce Road, will provide workspace and on-site business support services for local growing businesses.

James Bolton, project manager at ESL, said: "Warren Bruce Court provides the space and support businesses really need to grow, so important in today's economic climate. Tenants will enjoy all-inclusive rents, short-term commitments and excellent services. With Media City UK on the doorstep and both city centre and motorways within easy reach, location is fantastic too."

WCP Associates was the project manager for Warren Bruce Court.
